Synopsis
May 28, 1984, a major fire broke out on the fourth floor of the Jin Xin Building, suspected to have been caused by faulty wiring, the residents on that level were trapped in the fire as the fire exits were blocked, which claimed a total of 19 lives.
Pei who possesses psychic abilities, moves into the building, teaming up with Shao, a horror novelist seeking inspiration within the building, they investigate numerous unexplained terrifying events and aim to uncover the truth behind the tragic fire...

进鑫大楼4楼，疑因电线走火引燃大火，闷烧后浓烟直窜天花板，形成烟囱效应，当时整层4楼由于消防通道逃离围堵受困火场，有人睡梦中呛昏，更 有人因不耐高温跳楼，一共夺走19条性命，震惊社会。
至此，进鑫大楼恐怖传言不断。 但由于低租金缘故，仍是吸引许多初闯社会的年轻人无畏入住。 具有乩身体质的佩芝（陈妤饰）入住进鑫大楼，与大楼中寻找灵感的恐怖小说家劭军（潘君仑饰），两人携手调查大楼内许多无法解释的恐怖事件，并查出当年 火烧惨死其中的真相…
传闻佩芝的母亲（黄瀞怡 饰）正是二十年前火灾的纵火者，害其他十九名住户也葬身火海，造成无法弥补的业障…。 火灾过后，进鑫大楼闹鬼的名声就传了出去，各种原因坠楼及谋杀案让这里变成全国第一凶楼。 佩芝因愧疚重回大楼，想凭一己之力抚慰死去的亡灵，却不料步步踏入危险之中…最终的结果却让人毛骨悚然！ 匪夷所思…
