"P.S I Love You" is getting a sequel

Titled ‘Postscript’, the romantic -drama is a follow-up to Cecelia Ahern 2004 debut novel P.S. I Love You, for which the film adaptation starred Hilary Swank and Gerard Butler. The film earned US$156 million at the worldwide box office.

It picks up on Holly’s story seven years after her husband’s death with Holly having peacefully moved on with her life. 

Alcon Entertainment which produced and financed the 2007 film adaptation has secured all filmed entertainment rights to the upcoming sequel.

No dates, screenwriter or cast have been announced at the moment, but it's still a good piece of news for the fans who have been waiting for so long.
